Join the Softball Fun - Register Now

Our registration period will begin January 1st and run through February 28 to ensure an opportunity for your young athlete to become a part of the GWGSA family.  For those with a passion for softball, late registrations will be accepted after February 28, with just a small $15 late fee, subject to availability.

Games are usually scheduled between Monday through Thursday at 6:00 pm, occasionally spilling into Fridays. Practice times, tailored by our dedicated coaches, offer flexibility to accommodate busy schedules.

​​To enhance the safety and enjoyment of our players, we recommend each participant have their own helmet with a face mask.  If providing one is a challenge, no worries! GWGSA does provide several team helmets for communal use.

Joining is a breeze through Team Sideline, our trusted platform.  Team Sideline is the go-to hub for AVSA, the parent organization for GWGSA, overseeing a seamless registration process.

Exciting changes await our young athletes with revamped age groups: Tee ball (4-6 years old), Pitching machine (6-8 years old), Girls pitch with coach assist (8-10 years old), and Girls pitch without coach assist (11-13 years old).  These adjustments aim to encourage early pitching skills development, allowing 8-year-olds in the pitching group, fostering a love for the art of pitching from a younger age.
